The entry fee allows you to exhibit up to six artworks.
Once your $35 entry fee has been received, I will email you the Entry Form Details to complete for your artwork details. Please keep an eye out for this email.
An exhibition roster will be arranged, with two people scheduled for two-hour shifts to invigilate the exhibition and assist with sales.
If you have artwork that is not for sale, please indicate NFS in the pricing section.
Hanging space will be available, along with tables for displaying unframed artworks. Please ensure all unframed works are suitably protected (for example, with cellophane sleeves or wrapping), and consider having mats cut where possible.
I can recommend Whitelaws in Launceston for matting. I also have some mats and cellophane available at the studio (free of charge) —please email me if you would like to use these.
Pricing: Prices should strike a balance between valuing your work and feeling comfortable offering it for sale. Ask yourself: Would I feel good receiving this amount for this piece — and would I feel happy paying this price if I were the buyer?
💗💗 Please don’t hold back thinking “I’m not good enough” — you absolutely are. Everyone feels this way at times, but this is about enjoying the experience together. Bring your family and friends, share your creative journey, and who knows — you might even sell some work!
Please have your entry in before 27th March - close of to allow for printing and admin work.
➜ So, with the exhibition in sight, now is the time to roll up your sleeves and create work 🙂
Happy painting
